Soft tissue care

Targeted soft tissue care for tight, injured muscles

Dr. Bryane Heaberlin is trained in advanced Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, including the Graston M1 Technique, to treat soft tissue injuries and support recovery.

How soft tissue mobilization helps

This method is designed to improve mobility and support healing by addressing scar tissue, enhancing circulation, and promoting better movement. It is often used for sports recovery and rehabilitation, strains, and areas that feel restricted after injury or overuse. Care is paired with movement guidance so progress continues between visits.

Cupping and kinesiology tape

Cupping is typically held in place for 5 to 10 minutes, followed by targeted range of motion exercises so muscles and fascia can move beneath the cups. Kinesiology tape provides elastic support for muscles, tendons, and ligaments during healing while still allowing natural movement. Your plan may include one or both based on your exam.

Is soft tissue care only for athletes?

No. Athletes often benefit, but soft tissue care is also used for everyday strains, postural tension, and recovery after injury. Your exam helps determine whether it fits your goals.

What does a first visit include?

New patients receive a consultation, exam, and adjustment for $25. If soft tissue care is recommended, timing and options are reviewed at that visit.
